Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free Gingerbread Mix

Discover our delicious gingerbread, subtly flavored with spices and orange, a creation that captivates the senses.
Makes 10 to 12 servings. Preparation: 10 minutes Cooking: 35-40 minutes Ingredients needed: 3 eggs, 70 ml sunflower oil, 100 ml milk or plant-based drink, and one tablespoon of honey.
Instructions in a Few Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).
- In a bowl, whisk together the oil, eggs, plant-based drink, and honey.
- Pour the contents of the sachet into the bowl, then mix until a smooth batter is obtained.
- Grease a mold and pour the gingerbread batter into it.
- Bake for 40 minutes (check for doneness by inserting a knife into the gingerbread; if it comes out clean and dry, it's ready!).
- Let cool before unmolding and serving.
